The amenities of which are detailed on the web page that is linked directly to the hotel. The second option is the Mosaic Suites (49), which serves as off-campus housing for Smith students, but maintains the top floor space which is rented out for short term housing regularly for groups that have business in Charlotte or with the University. Located at 1635 West Trade Street, it includes street level retail with a restaurant, a barbershop and a soon to be added architectural firm. You can learn more about the building and surrounding development at the following web page:

Our family banquet is to be held in Grimes Lounge, located on the 3rd Floor of the University Student Union (23). Other facilities on campus that we will utilize include the Biddle Hall Auditorium (1, the Administration Building), the James B. Duke Library (40), the New Science Center (50) and the University Chapel (16).

Additionally, Monday thru Friday the Gold Rush shuttle that runs which connects Smith to Center City Charlotte and the LYNX Blue Line (the light rail). The Gold Rush Red Line operates every 15 minutes Monday – Friday from 6:40 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and that campus security is stationed at the first floor of the facility. The cost of housing is quoted per bedroom (full sized with linens per night) at a rate of $75.00 per night, however like all housing options, the more people stay, the cheaper the nightly rentals are. These options include Greenfield Hall (32), New Residence Hall (38), and Duke Hall (18).

All other options on campus are dorm rooms with shared hall showers with the exceptions of Duke Hall and the New Residence Hall.
